Roanoke United Methodist Home offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to our residents. Our therapy services are provided by licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists through Genesis Rehabilitation Services. If you are recovering from surgery, a stroke, joint replacement or fracture, an accident, or any other condition requiring rehabilitation services, our rehab team can provide the evaluation and treatment necessary to meet your rehabilitation goals. Our therapists specialize in the rehabilitation of the older adult. All services are performed on site either at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Therapy Center or in the resident’s home setting. This skilled team of professionals offers one-on-one treatment tailored to the needs of each individual resident. A comprehensive plan is developed, working closely with the resident, family, and physicians enabling our residents to achieve their maximum physical, social and emotional independence quickly and safely.
